Lot c-217 Casita - La Ribera, BCS
The design of this home began in June 2023. A building license was issued on February 15th, 2024, and construction began with the casita first.

Grading of the lot was completed and forms for footings were installed over high-density poly ethylene (HDPE).

Beginning with the Casita, footings were poured, and slab walls began. These slab walls hold the concrete slab in place.
